There is a need for real time data collection and for improving the overall care process with advanced analytics and AI”.
He also included in his statement that Consumer offering of the startup is going to be integrated on Paytm that will ensure its reachability to a wider range of audiences.

Whereas Alibaba is a capitalist who support Paytm is involved in putting funds in startups like Jugnoo, LogiNext, and others.
Currently it services are available in Delhi NCR and Aligarh and intend to expand it across entire country in its next round.
