The Marketing Manager at Technians will look purely into the in-house marketing needs of the company.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Understanding and managing in-house marketing activities
Handling the company’s website, blogs mailers, campaigns , etc.
Generating leads for the Sales/BDE team.
Increase revenue contribution by reporting new opportunities with a brand and/or cross selling allied services via day-to-day interaction.
Keeping a check on the company’s social media presence to ensure content is going up as per schedule and quality levels are maintained.
Effectively meet quarterly/bi-annual/annual targets with respect to the allocated business
Gather basic understanding of media plans, reports, spends and media creative guidelines.
Identify the Sales/BDE team’s training needs and ensure they are addressed.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficient understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Proficient with the MS Office Software (Word, Power Point, Excel)
Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Up-to-date on creative trends (via publications, news, competitor pages etc.
