If a user is facing an issue with Google My Business then they cam simply dial up a number to speak to someone at Google but now that feature has gone. If a user wants to about how their business is showing on Google My Business or Google maps now they can’t.
Current Situation:
If a user tries to call those numbers, then a message will come up to go to Google My Business Listing help center with a short URL and hung up on the user. That means the user won’t be able to speak to anyone.
Request A Call Back:
Users still can arrange a toll-free call back from google specialist after filling of a form available at the help center of Google My Business Listing. Users can fill out the form under Contact Us option.
