Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there is a need for new work practices and processes. LinkedIn declared that the platform will come up with a new LinkedIn Learning Hub having more courses. It is for both individuals and businesses. This will bring some training opportunities and career growth.
As for now, the LinkedIn Learning Hub is in the beta version. But soon, it will be incorporated in full data projection.
Learning Hub has all of the capabilities of a traditional LXP, aggregating all of a company’s learning resources, but it’s so much more. It draws on data and insights from our Skills Graph, the world’s most comprehensive skills taxonomy with 36K+ skills, 24M+ job postings, and the largest professional network of 740M+ members, empowering customers with richer skill development insights, personalized content, and community-based learning.
Main Elements of LinkedIn Learning Hub
- Customized Content Suggestions: This feature will help users in telling them new trends and opportunities present in that industry.
- Community Learning: Community-based learning help users to look out for relevant mentors and network connections. This comes with a team of experts and peers.
- Skill Development Insights Based On Your Data: Users can use the job listing’s feature and usage trend to know the industry hikes. This will help users to gain knowledge for that particular industry.
The platform is working on some other tools as well but in different forms. The main focus of the platform is to provide more to the customers during this pandemic.
