LinkedIn comes up with new features which will help the companies in promoting events, get to know about their followers, and to communicate with employees on the platform directly. The new features are “My Company” Tab, “Events” Tab, and “View Page Followers”.
Page Owners will now be able to see their followers and manage their list by current company, industry, and location. Page owners will also get to know the “insights” of the followers. It includes how the follower found the page and when.

The main work of the Event tab is to discover the virtual events that come up in this pandemic. It also gives information about the past and coming events of the company and gives the view of these events. Users get to know about the events automatically and they also get the information if they are attending the event. They also get the source of sharing with others.
This feature is rolled out for the employees. In this companies will announce employee promotions, if there is new hiring it will announce under this employee milestone section. Employee anniversary, trending post by Employee on LinkedIn will be seen under this tab.
