To begin with, we conducted a thorough competitor analysis and studied the buyer persona to determine the ideal content strategy that would reach masses, generate leads, and bring conversions.
Based on that, we ran campaigns on Google and Meta to increase brand awareness and generate leads for the brand. The ads were further redirecting the user to the brand’s landing page and microsites.
Combining our knowledge and expertise, we designed multiple landing pages and microsites to cater to the requirements of M2K.
The generated traffic was redirected to these Landing Pages & Mircorsites which were developed by our team for the brand. Further, the leads were assigned to the right salesperson filtered on the basis of geography and requirement.
Once a person signed up on M2K, they were notified through SMS and Email notification that their interest has been registered.
To place the brand and their specialities on top of searches, we used Google & Meta Ads so that the brand can be seen by the right person, at the right time and place. Our initial strategy began with optimizing and restructuring their Google Ads account in order to gain relevant insights and scope to improve the performance.
Then we ran marketing campaigns for the brand and attracted relevant leads.
Effective Ad Campaigns resulted in high organic traffic & direct leads provided and connected potential buyers to the business. Further, it generated demand for the brand and began building Top-Of-The-Mind Recall for M2K.
We implemented & managed Whatsapp automation for M2K which further improved their response time and communication management. The process further promoted Swift replies, better message routing, and tracking enhanced customer engagement, and streamline the complete process.
