Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the design and content of an advertising campaign to ensure it meets the needs of the target audience.
- Collaborating with clients or leadership to determine the goals of advertising projects and strategizing plans to meet those goals.
- Hire and train creative talent for advertising department
- Placing advertisements in appropriate media, including television and online
- Measuring the results of advertising campaigns to determine their effectiveness and cost-benefit ratio
- Reaching out to departmental managers to gain key insights into advertising possibilities
- Identifying decision-makers at specific mediums and build relationships with them
- Reviewing and approving all advertising media for print or web.
- Keeping regular updates on digital advertising and identifying new strategies and tactics to maximize brand visibility.
- Manage teams and professionals efficiently.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing or related field required with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Social Media Ad Management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of advertising artwork and copywriting.
