After coming up with a new Ad Rotation setting recently, Google AdWord has restarted launching its automatically generates machine generated ads in a beta version to some advertisers in US and UK.

 

How are these ads generated?

The ads are generated based on the content of the already existing ads or ads extensions and landing pages that could bring out more ROI for the business.

 

Recent Added Changes

  1. More notifications: Whenever an ad variation gets created, the advertiser will be notified by email or on the interface.
  2. Reviewing period: A 14-day period will be available for the users to scrutinize the suggestions on ads during which they can even edit, pause, cancel or approve it.

 

Objective of the test

Machine Learning can help in understanding what kind of ad content will be more useful in gaining clicks and thus provide suggestions.

And the ads which have been set to ‘Optimize’ in the ad rotation settings will undergo this test. So, these suggestions would help in innovating the content profitably.
