Bringing the automobiles on Marketplace was just a hit by Facebook as it has successfully analysed that 70% of auto sales have been influenced by a digital platform with 40% is expected to be contributed by social media alone by 2020. Facebook has created an easy platform to connect the potential buyers with businesses. Following this, Facebook has announced the addition of two new ad options for the car dealers
The First Ad Options
The first option is Dynamic Ads for Auto. Facebook commented that “When people are in the market for a car, they want to narrow what they see online to reflect the cars most interesting to them. Facebook dynamic ads for auto allows manufacturers and dealers to upload their vehicle catalogue with relevant details such as make, model and year. It then automatically generates ads that show the most compelling inventory to the right audiences – driving them toward vehicle detail pages, lead submission forms or other valuable places.”
How would Dynamic Ads prove helpful?
It provides a more personalized way of targeting. Dynamic Ads can help users by highlighting the best offers relative to their interests, increasing the rate of CTR. They also suggested 80% of the pre-purchase time is spent on mobile, the Dynamic Ads would work better across devices.
The Second Ad Option
‘Lead Ads for Auto’ is also an addition which are like the regular ads but with some added features. Facebook says that “Lead ads for auto make it easy for people to sign up for information from your dealerships, such as offers and quotes. People are sent to a form that’s pre-populated with their relevant contact info, such as their email address. They simply confirm what information they want to share with you, and voila – you have a lead.”

This option will locate your nearest dealer and makes the connection between potential buyers and sellers easy. Additionally, advertisers can make an appointment right from the ad. Facebook is trying to add these to all variations of lead ads and not just cars.
