On Friday, TVF announced about the appointment of its new CEO, Dhawal Gusain. He takes over from Arunabh Kumar who has decided to quit the company as CEO.
Dhawal has been associated with TVF since 2015
Dhawal Gusain has been associated with the TVF since 2015 as the COO. He has been indulge in management and leadership roles across various sectors and arena with an experience of over a decade.
Past experience of Dhawal
Earlier, he worked with PwC’s Strategy & (formerly Booz & Company), DropThought (VC backed Silicon Valley start-up) and Hindustan Unilever Limited at several locations in India as well as the United States.
Qualification of Dhawal
Dhawal has degree of MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and B-Tech from IIT Kharagpur.
Kumar was granted bail
Kumar, founder of TVF was granted anticipatory bail after he was accused of sexual harassment case recently. A former employee of TVF had filed the case against him.
Case against Kumar
A case against Kumar has been registered on 29th March based on the complaint filed by the Ex-employee of the company.
Charges applied against Kumar
He has charged by the sections 509 (insult the modesty of a woman by indecent words, gesture or acts) and 354A (causing sexual harassment) of Indian Penal code. Earlier the similar kind of charges also registered against Kumar at the Versova police station.
