This morning, Google has announced that they are initiating job listings within Google search and now developers as well as site owners can add job listings easily. Though the new display has no formal name, it is part of the “Google for jobs” initiatives.

This time Google also conveyed how to do this and revealed proper guidelines. According to them, you should follow two necessary steps:
- Process your job listings using Job posting structured data.
- Sitemap submission with a date for each and every listing.
What to do for 100000+ jobs
If you have to add or change 100000 or more job opening on your site then you have to fill a form and can post it through “high change rate” feature.

Google will also add a filter to view the reports on search Analytics within Google Search Console and you can easily track your job listings in Google search.
