According to Google’s John Mueller, Google does not make up URLs for indexing user’s websites. This statement comes because some users find weird parameters at the end of their URL.

Google Clarification:
Google says if a user finds weird at the end of the URL it is because something is being linked to that account. Sometimes third party sites do this thing for you or user would have some pages which are linked in that way.
Solution By Google:
- Users can solve that problem by using a 301 redirect from that URL to the canonical URL.
- Using the canonical tag on the page to the right URL.
Tweet By John Mueller:
In general, we wouldn't make up URLs like that, so I imagine we found them as links somewhere. With the normal canonicalization methods you can usually encourage our systems to focus on your preferred URLs.
