Chinese taxi-hailing firm Didi Chuxing stated that it is going to invest and collaborate with European ride-sharing firm, Taxify, in a strategic partnership.
About Taxify
Taxify, a rival of Uber Technologies, an American ride-sharing firm, is an Estonian company which was founded in 2013 that has 2.5 million users in 18 countries constituting both Europe and Africa.
The companies’ statement on collaboration
The two companies said that Didi would support Taxify’s further growth and help it become the most popular transport option in Europe and Africa. No investment amounts were discussed.
