As surveyed by Forrester, the fashion platform, Koovs have beaten some industry frontrunners like Amazon, Paytm and Flipkart in customer service experience.

Flipkart came at the seventh position behind its subsidiaries like Myntra, Jabong and even Snapdeal. But Koovs have outshone all these aspects as detected by Forrester.

After surveying 9000 online customers across the country in metro cities, it has been deducted that Koovs provides the best customer service among all. But Flipkart denied any such possibility saying The survey does not reflect ground realities as it is based on a narrow sample size from metropolitan cities only,”
Other conflicting comments
Amazon asked to increase the customer base beyond the metro or big cities. But Jabong seems to have climbed up the third from sixth position. Koovs and Amazon were under ‘Good’ score while others in ‘Okay’ comment.
