With the latest Adwords ad rotation settings, Google is now coming up with ‘How to’ searches that are said to be beneficial for marketers as they help businesses in showcasing their work and are also popular enough since they pop-up in ‘best performing content type’ lists.

‘How to’ searches have increased to more than 140% since 2004, reported Google recently with more inclination towards ‘How to fix’ posts.

Google has created interactive websites which displays top 100 most searched ‘how to’ guides with some interesting information to look about.

Google has given some answers pertaining to household fixes region-wise on a world map. Thus, Google explained “North Americans and East Asians need their toilets, people in former Soviet countries are fearless enough to attempt fixing their own washing machines, warmer climates can’t live without a fridge – makes sense, and North and Eastern Europeans need help fixing their light bulbs.”
People’s queries regarding different food items and their preparation are also given along with some cooking experimentations.
Questions that are mostly being asked by people like ‘weight loss’ are also included. It has removed some of the inappropriate queries though but those questions could also be downloaded from Google’s Github page.
