Google is testing of displaying within the local pack snippets. It happens on specific listings only from where user can redirect to its website.

In the above screenshot, it is clearly visible that cards are placed with favicon along with the website link. This will help them in having more traffic over the website and users can get more information about the service provider.

There is no official statement from Google yet.
