Google’s John Mueller says the time you will see any missing data or as he says it “data holes” in the Google Search Console will be at a time when a website is kept unverified for some time.
John Mueller Statement
data holes can happen if a site becomes & stays unverified for a while, and is later re-verified in Search Console again.
It really does not matter if you make use of Search Console or not, as long as the website is verified, the data will be available the next time you log in and use it. Mueller also says that whether or not you make use of the Search Console it does not matter.
