All About Boost Post Option

The Brands can increase their reach by using this option from their Page. The Boost Feature will create a campaign in your linkedin ad account linkedin with your page.

Follow the process to boost a post

  • Click on the Boost Option above the post
  • Choose the Objective((website visits, post awareness, event awareness, post engagement or video views))
  • Select The Audience Type ((profile-based, interest-based or LinkedIn Audience template)
  • Also mention Audience profile language, Select or Exclude more targeting option.
  • Set a daily budget
  • Schedule the post

Currently post can be boosted once & the posts & events with a single image be boosted presently.

Posts that are not allowed to boost currently are:  poll, document, job ad or Pulse article.

This ad format visible in the Linked in Feed & features the necessary event Details like date, time & process to Register. It also shows the interest of your mutual connection in attending that event.

Linkedin also launching a tool named Event Analytics tool for event managers where they can see metrics for the event like attendees, organizers, Visitor engagement with your post, Total attendees, unique visits of event, attendees top job role & Viewer count at the top of live stream.

The company announced these two features to improve the usability of the platform. Custom Streaming & Mobile Page Analytics.

The Custom streaming option lets users to livestream with Linkedin live via Zoom, WebEx & OBS with the integration of Microsoft teams which will rollout in coming months.

The Mobile page Analytics Shows the analytics of linkedin page over mobile app, which lets users to check the data related to Content insights, visitors & follower metrics.
