Google added a new feature of giving the short name of the business to the business owners while submitting to Google My Business. Now those short names are being displayed in the about tab of Google My Business.

Process:
If the owner wants someone to see their business on Google Maps then the owner can simply type g.page/[yourcustomname] and send it to their audience.
