After Google’s latest tips on “getting ready for mobile first index”, it has declared about its testing on new mobile search interface and search refinement button lately. The new mobile search interface shows only fewer results by clicking on the option “more results”. It is also testing refinement buttons to rectify the search result more thoroughly.

About ‘More Results’

The “More Results” link given under an organic search to show more number of results than the previous two or three. The refinement could be seen at the top of the screen of the search interface. This has been an ongoing test for a past few weeks but its date of release is still unsure.
