TikTok has officially introduced its new Q&A feature for all the creators. The new feature will increase the engagement between creators and their fans. Q&A feature allows users to frame a question for their favorite creator.

TikTok Takes Legal Action Against Pending Trump App Store Ban
We’re making it easier than ever for people to engage with the release of TikTok Q&A, a new question and answer feature that gives viewers and creators new ways to connect. In videos, users will be able to designate their comments as Q&A questions, which are then labeled as questions in the comments section. This makes it easy for a creator to quickly identify and answer questions in their videos’ comments.
Creators Having Q&A Section On Their Profile
Creators can add a new “Q&A” section on their profile, that will have all the questions they’ve answered so far. The answered questions will be linked to the original video clips as well.
A similar option is available to live-streams as well. The creators are able to see Q&A questions in their live-stream and can answer them over there only.
The Q&A feature was first noticed back in January. However, only some of the creators were able to use this feature. As for now, the Q&A feature is available to those who have more than 10K followers on their profile. But from today onwards, the Q&A feature is available to every user who has switched its profile to Creator Profile.
Main Focus
Increasing engagement over the platform is the main focus TikTok is having right now. More engaged creators on the platform result in more influencer marketing partnerships and developing a better community.
TikTok has a major fear that its creators will shift to some other apps. As they are offering better communication options along with better monetization policies.
