Orders Cancelled from Udan

This introduced lot of new customers for the first time to online commerce. However, orders received at Udaan stores were well beyond our estimates, but about 22 orders were cancelled over the weekend across three sellers,” an Amazon spokesperson said in an emailed response.
Suffering Financially due to Low Credibility of COD orders
“Sellers are being made to suffer financially due to low credibility of COD orders in e-commerce marketplaces. If marketplaces want to charge sellers for returns, then the system should be transparent and accommodate the feedback of sellers who are losing money due to such instances.” Said another top seller on the platform.
