Twitter Testing Out New Prompts For Users To Hide Potentially Offensive Replies
Today, we’re thrilled to begin rolling out Payments – our first monetization feature for creators on Clubhouse. All users will be able to send payments today, and we’ll be rolling out the ability to receive payments in waves, starting with a small test group today. Our hope is to collect feedback, fine-tune the feature, and roll it out to everyone soon.
The users will be able to transfer funds to the creators via their profile and by clicking on the ‘Send Money’ option located at the bottom of the screen. It is indeed an important step by Clubhouse to keep its top creators active, considering the rival audio social options continue to rise. The platform needed monetization options like this in order to keep them around and it could beneficial for creators as Clubhouse will not be taking any cut. It will be interesting to see how it works out.
