A Report has launched by Microsoft Advertising which identifies negative keywords conflicts in a shopping campaign.

 

What is Negative Keyword Conflict?

Negative Keyword conflict means a keyword being, unfortunately, block out from the incorrect campaign or also considers as a negative keyword with match type is correct for one but not for another.

 

What This Report Contains?

This report shows the advertisers, the products which are blocked by negative keywords. This report also finds the stage where the error occurs, defined as the conflict level.  Being the essence of how keywords are used in the shopping campaign, The conflict will always occur at the campaign level or group level due to the nature of the keywords used in the shopping campaign. This report will save a lot of time of advertisers by quickly finding errors and increase behavior by securing ads being blocked unintentionally.

 

How to Access the Report:-

The Marketers can use the report by:

  • Browse to the product section of reports tab
  • Choose Product Negative Keyword Conflicts report mention under product ad section, left side of reports tab.
  • Select the choice of column include in the report.
  • Click over run or download to create the report.
