At present, Facebook is trying out a new post composer for the users. The new layout will be more visually focused. With this, the users can easily upload their latest photos from the camera roll in a panel that is quite visible just beneath the frame. This update is considered to be a minor one.

The new post composer is fairly a nice move as image photos have much more engagements than the normal text post. But on average, videos have higher engagement rates than any other posts. With more visual engagement nowadays, Facebook’s step towards making post composer more visual seems to be a justified step.

According to marketers, the company should have this update years back. The company should not wait for so long to update this and give importance to visual posts.
