Facebook Messenger is coming up with three new features for brands to get better communication with their clients. Through these features now brands can easily answer the question that has been asked on their profile.
- Icebreakers For Frequently Asked Questions:
Facebook is introducing “icebreaker” questions that can be asked by the users on their profile through API. This feature will automatically answer to those questions that have been frequently asked. According to Facebook, it will reduce the friction between the brands and their audience for conversation.

- Click To Messenger Ad Feature:
Businesses that have various accounts on multiple apps can connect with the Facebook Messenger platform. Facebook wants to make it simple for choosing an app to Click to Messenger Ad. However, Facebook did not make it clear of using this feature.
The first phase of this feature is currently available but the rest of it will be rolled out in the coming weeks.
- Reactions And Message Replies Options:
This feature is for the user who is in conversation with the Business. With the help of these users can send various emojis to the business over a message they want. It will allow a threaded message to make it clear for the businesses to understand for which message does the user reacts.
