Facebook is adding a new toggle which will let users switch between business and personal Messenger accounts making it easier for Page managers to reply to message queries.

As seen above, as you tap and hold on your profile picture you will be able to switch to your business chat.

Explanation By Facebook:

“According to our research, over 90% of Facebook business admins already use Messenger to chat with friends and family, and we hear from many that they don’t want to download and manage multiple apps.”

You could already manage messages of your business in Facebook’s Page manager and the creator studio apps but with the option being more easily accessible via your regular messaging app makes it easier to be active to the latest queries.

“The new business inbox in Messenger will make it easy and convenient for businesses to respond quickly. Businesses can also choose to receive notifications in the Messenger app to remind them to get back to customers in a timely manner.”

Facebook still working on its messaging integration plan, the option will at some point help you to stay on top pf queries directly from Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp through the same process. This new option of the business inbox is now launching in the Messenger app on iOS and will be available to use in android in the coming weeks.
