Facebook is now working on a new ‘Green screen’ option within the Facebook Stories creative tools, which will allow users to add a background image or a video to their stories.

As you can see above the new Green Screen option will be available to use in the creation tools. Users will be able to add a video or photo from their camera roll which will be added as a background. Users will be able to make content that will be overlaid over that background visual. The option comes from Instagram where this Green Screen tool is already available.
Conclusion
This could provide new creative opportunities for brands to enhance their Facebook Stories. It is worth considering and there is no such information on the full roll-out of the option but some users have access to the Green Screen option in the Facebook Stories right now.
