Google has announced a new update to its video editing features within Google Photos. The new features include new cropping options, apply filters and boost particular video elements (brightness, contrast, etc.), the capacity to ‘change perspective’. This could be beneficial for those who are looking out for options to upgrade their video content.
Recommendation:
There are now more than 30 controls, but a good place to start is with cropping and straightening the frame to focus more on the subject. And if the scene is poorly exposed, you can adjust the brightness to make your video shine.
This will be a huge update for those looking to edit video content on the go to keep up with their social posting activity. These new features will give you more ability to enhance your content process. Along with this Google is also introducing a few of its advanced photo editing tools to Google One members which include, Portrait Light and Blur, features that were yet only available on Pixel devices. The new video editing features added by Google are now available to use in the Google Photos on iOS and soon will be rolling out to Android users in few weeks.
