Google has released two new features in its search and maps results to make it easier for people to contact with virtual healthcare workers. These are designed to help people on a local national and regional level. One of the features is specific to Google Maps or Google My Business and the other feature is added to organic search results.
Virtual Care Options Now Displays In Google My Business Profile
Virtual Care options will now be highlighted in Google My Business profiles. It will only be displayed when the business profile appears in search results.
By clicking on the link shown in the image above will redirect people to the provider’s virtual care website for more information. People will also be able to make an appointment from the landing page of the provider.
