On Friday, Google stated that from January 1, 2020, Facebook and Twitter accounts linked to Google Ads will be deactivated and users will directly be redirected to the online form of customer support.

Advertisers are very familiar with social media channels in order to get instant clarifications about issues. But on the other hand, according to Google, it is done for the purpose of more security and spam concerns.
