Whensoever Google confirms temporary issues related to indexing, you can see SEO’s and webmasters asking Google if indexing issues still persists for several weeks. Reason being that many websites don’t get fully indexed by Google and therefore they feel there are indexing issues. John Mueller says, there are no indexing issues right now on Twitter.

There was a confirmed indexing issue last week which was then resolved in less than 24 hours. But still, there are many complaints about issues related to indexing. There are various complaints on Reddit and also complaints on Twitter:

To all this Google says there are no issues. Sometimes Google does not just index everything including all of the websites. Google has often said that indexing issues are related to core updates and issues related to quality.
