Google’s John Mueller stated on Twitter that Google does not explicitly measure E-A-T in search. A question was raised to John about which signals does Google makes use of to measure E-A-T to which John replied ” That is not something we would explicitly measure for Search” it is just a concept we released in our Quality Rater’s guidelines.”

Google in 2019 said that they do not have an EAT score and then in early 2020 said that the Google system does not look for EAT but in the later 2020, Google stated that it hopes that its system aligns with EAT.
