Google gives a new look to Report Editor. The new-look was noticed while setting custom reports in some accounts a few weeks back while going through changes to Location reporting.

Report Editor has given the shape of Data Studio with dimension and Metric Panel is shifted on the right side. More visualization features like conditional formatting have added along with the ability to filter and manage data with dropdowns along with each field. There are still the set of pre-defined reports

Finally, to save you time, you can now add new data fields into your report while the report is still loading. Try out these Report Editor features in the “Reports” tab in your account or manager account. Learn more about creating and managing reports.
Report Editor now gives the full visualization of the campaign performance by Custom Reports without leaving UI. It also provides segmentation which is not available in the main UI like Location Type.
