Google has come up with a new feature in its Google My Business for local SEO. This feature will allow SEO to manage the recent reviews published on their listings in a single place. They can also check the status report of reviews as well that are submitted to Google.
Recommendation:
How To Use New Tool
Step-1: The first step is to select the business, after selecting choose what you want to do whether you want to check the status of the reported review or you want to report a new review to Google.
Step-2: Once you selected a report for a new review. Google pushes a list of recent reviews that you want to see on Google Maps and gives for request.
Step-3: But if you choose the option to check the status of a previously reported review, then Google will show the previous reviews along with their current status.
This feature seems to only work for Google My Business accounts that have a small number of listings in them. I tried it in an account with 33 listings, and it said, ‘Based on the number of Business Profiles you manage, this process is not available.’ Our agency account also had too many listings to qualify to use it.
Conclusion
Earlier, there was no way to look at the status of reported reviews. But now after this new tool, SEO managers can easily check the status of the reported reviews. This will help them to share the actual status of the review with their client as well as with the boss.
