Google My Business is providing more data to business owners, for better working within the updates of performance reports. The important is, now a business owner can see how may time their business was surfaced in search results. Update In GMB Insight Data
New metrics have been added in the new update and now business owners will find it easier to view data from their profile directly. The performance profile is becoming easily accessible and detailed. Google has decided to show the owners how many times people contacted them after visiting their profile. Insights have been added to interactions.
A lot of new metrics will be added, which will include reports in search results and people who have searched business profiles.
Ways to Review Reports
For reviewing the performance report according to the new metric, follow these steps:
- Make sure you’re signed in with the account you used to sign up for Google My Business.
- To find your Business Profile, search on Google for your exact business name.
- If needed, select View profile to manage your Business Profile.
- Select Promote and then Performance.
- At the top of the page, select a date range for your report, and click Apply.
Single Business owners can also download insights from business.google.com/locations.
Video Upload Update
Previously the maximum file size of the video to be uploaded on Google My Business was 100MB, which is now reduced to 75MB.

The update in this Google My Business also reported a change in file size. The changes are not yet confirmed but users have reported about the issue in uploading an image. especially product images.
