After coming up with an automated ‘M Suggestions’ in Messenger, Facebook is bringing Messenger Lite, the low data driven version in the market.
About the app
It was basically meant for the areas with lower data connection but the app is now paving its way in U.S., Canada, U.K. and Ireland. This app will be available on Android but no discussions over its iOS version have been made.
How will the app prove helpful?
Though the users of Messenger are able to send text or messages quickly, this new version will take very low space and can work under low network conditions.
The Difference in both versions
The older version gives the possibility of voice calls which will not be present in this new version. Taking under 10 MB space, the Lite version undergoes quick installation.
