An Indian online transportation network company Ola is planning to revamp its mobile application as it is looking forward to drive stickiness among users and win over Uber customers in metros.

 

Smoothness in Ola’s Mobile App

The smoothness and extraordinary element of a versatile application, other than quality, changes, and accessibility of taxis on the stage, are viewed as the key factors in winning clients. Ola’s new app focuses on bookings being completed within one to two touches, under a product being internally dubbed as Ola Instant, which will be based on past user behavior. Products like Instant are targeted at regular Uber users in Metros to shift to Ola.

 

Ola App aims to simplify Cab-Riding Options

“Ola is still not strong in terms of tech when compared to its rival Uber. The new version of the app is believed to improve user’s experience. And this could be a serious game changer for Ola.” Said an analyst.

The last application will plan to streamline taxi riding alternatives into the economy, premium, and extravagance and may even club choices like Ola Micro and Mini into a solitary choice.
