After the creator monetization tool, Now Twitter is adding a new Subscribe button on the profiles in its newsletter creators area linked with its recently acquired platform Revue.

As you can see in the above image  the new subscribe button is mentioned which also display newsletter info, will be available below the main profile of informational panel which let users easily signup for the newsletters within the app. When clicked, an option appears to the screen to read a sample issue or go to the next which then sent a confirmation email over the mail linkedin with the app.
