Africa is at a crucial stage in adopting digital platforms. As for now, Africa is the least interacted continent for using the internet. Only 1.3 billion citizens of the continent have internet access. But the scene will change rapidly as many social media platforms are offering various offers. Facebook itself has announced a sea cable for the 1 million citizens.

Having internet to maximum places will bring some new opportunities for the platform. On the other hand, Twitter is trying its best to use those opportunities from ground level. The company is also planning to hire some local designers, engineers, marketers, and much more as a part of a new expansion. Currently, there is no such information that Jock Dorsey will head up to Ghana Branch. But yes once the branch is open he’ll be the keen visitor over there.
