We also started enforcing that policy by automatically removing the verified badge from accounts that no longer meet the updated criteria for verification, such as those that are inactive or incomplete.”

With the new approach, Twitter looked to give greater clearness on its guidelines, and guarantee that there was uniform arrangement regarding who ought to be qualified for Twitter endorsement.

Originating from this, in December, Twitter laid out its new verification guidelines, which currently apply to six accurate categories, with their own identification & qualification necessities.

Twitter mentioned in its verification policy that your accound should be complete means it should have a proper profile name, profile image, proper confirmed email address or a phone no. associated with it. And your account should be active from last six months & does not break twitter rules.

AS you submit your application, you’ve received an email from twitter with in few days upto few weeks depending on the applications queue list twitter receives. If your profile got approved then you will see an automatic blue badge appeared over your twitter profile. if your profile was rejected once then you can reapply after 30 days of revert received from twitter’s end.
