One of Google’s tools popularly known as Google My Business management team has come up with a survey idea. The Google My Business team is sending out a survey to some of the businesses requesting their feedback.
Through the survey, the Google My Business team is looking for some ways in which they can improve the tool.

There are a couple of questions in the survey and users need to answer them from agreeing to disagree scaling. Following are some of the questions that have been asked in the survey:
- Was it easy to locate the resource/documentation you needed
- The helping resources were easy to understand and use
- Were your problems/issues resolved with the help of resources
- Did you understand Google My Business better with the help
