Doing so,   The messenger team of facebook recently conducted a survey in the UK, US, and Australia of more than 3500 people, to find their do’s and don’ts while messaging.

Then Facebook becomes in partnership with Debrett’s, a well-known authority on modern etiquette to develop its first formal messaging guide.
