Coming up with a new library of Audio Tracks, and their latest deal with Universal Music Group, Facebook has currently made a deal with Sony/ATV Music Publishing Group bestowing the users with more number of music tracks to imbibe in their videos.

The music entertainment platform stated “Under the agreement, users will be able to upload and share videos on Facebook, Instagram and Oculus that contain compositions licensed from Sony/ATV’s catalog as well as personalize their music experiences with songs from the catalog.”
Enhancement on video platforms
Facebook’s latest deals and partnerships are all set to make a huge transformation for the creators as the whole scenario is basically focussed to heighten up the content quality to keep a stable audience for the video. With the addition of music on the platform, the creators would have a higher advantage especially if the tracks is one of his favourites. This would help them in creating a more engaging content.
More deals on the way
Variety also confirmed that Facebook might close down similar music licensing deals with Warner along with their upcoming addition of short-form content from ‘The Late Show with Stephen Colbert’ and ‘The Late Late Show with James Corden’ as a part of their deal with CBS which are already being hosted by YouTube on the platform.
