Google is running a test of not displaying the normal site’s snippet in the search result page if Google shows the URL of the featured snippet. Generally when Google displays URL of the featured snippet then it will show the exact same URL on the first page of the main listings.

Drop Ranking:
Google is testing of drop ranking to those URL who has featured snippet. It will not allow the users to have the double advantage of the ranking and featured snippet both.
