Instagram has created a new mode of conducting polls. After bringing the option of sending Stories in Direct Messages, they are bringing a sticker option in Stories and even letting the users ask a question and watch their followers participate.

“Whether you’re trying to plan tomorrow’s outfit, choosing which class to take or figuring out where to go for dinner, now it’s easy to share a two-option poll right in your story. After you’ve taken a photo or video for your story, select the “poll” sticker and place it anywhere you’d like — you can write out your own question and even customize the poll choices.”

Poll Role on Other Social Sites

Polls have always garnered attention wherever necessary. Twitter came up with polls on its platform in 2015. Facebook also uses polls on Pages, Groups and Messenger. And since poll’s performance is benefiting, Facebook has decided to add them in new Live tools helping out publishers with more viewer’s traffic.
